  1. Final Sale – Non-Refundable and Non-Exchangeable Items:
    All sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for any items purchased. Please be sure of your selection before completing your purchase.

  2. Quality Control:
    At AshaRiie's, we take great care in checking the quality of every item before shipping it to you. We strive to ensure that all products are in perfect condition.

  3. Inspect Your Items Upon Receipt:
    We encourage you to inspect your items as soon as they arrive to ensure they meet your expectations.

    Upon delivery please record an unboxing video from the courier bag to our Ashariie’s bag. This will serve as a proof for damaged items (if any) to ease the process of refund/replacement. No refunds/replacements would be made if a clear and proper opening video (from the courier bag) isn't given.

  4. Damaged or Defective Items:
    If you receive a damaged or defective item, please notify us within 2 days of receipt.

  5. Shipping
    Buyer will be responsible for paying their own item return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

    If you receive a refund, the cost product delivery will be deducted from the refund.

    Returning the Damaged Item: We kindly ask that you return the damaged item via a reliable and cost-effective courier service (e.g., Pos Laju, J&T Express).

    Tracking Information: When sending the item back, please provide us with the tracking number.

  6. Return Conditions:
    The item must be returned in its original condition.

    Ensure the item is securely packaged to avoid damage during transit.

    Please note, we reserve the right to decline any return if the item is not in its original condition.

  7. Eligibility for Replacement or Refund:
    Once we receive the returned item, we will carefully assess its condition. If the item is found to be damaged and meets our return policy criteria, we will gladly offer a replacement (Depending on availability) or a refund (original method of payment), 

  8. Return Deadline:
    Returns must be received within 7 days of delivery to qualify for a replacement or refund.
